Terms of Use
Review the terms that govern FREEPARE account usage, service access, responsibilities, and acceptable use, including what you may do with the content and what we expect from an account holder. 1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Freepare website, services, content, mock tests, dashboards, and related features available through www.freepare.com (the Platform). The Platform is operated by MultiSpaceAI Technologies, and these Terms are an agreement between you and that company. "Freepare", "we", "us" and "our" refer to it throughout. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Who may use Freepare
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, do not create an account or use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
3. What Freepare provides
Freepare is a structured preparation platform focused on placement-related learning and practice. The Platform may include curated learning flows, topic-wise study material, mock tests, progress analytics, solution explanations, and related educational tools. Freepare is intended for educational and informational purposes. Freepare does not guarantee placement, shortlisting, interview success, or any specific academic or career outcome. Freepare may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
4. Account registration and security
Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with others. Do not impersonate another person or create misleading account details. Notify us promptly at connect@freepare.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular, you must not: copy, scrape, distribute, sell, or republish Platform content except as expressly permitted by Freepare; use bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated methods to access the Platform in a way that harms performance or bypasses restrictions; attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform, its servers, security, or data; upload malware, malicious code, spam, or unlawful or harmful material; use the Platform to cheat, facilitate academic dishonesty, or manipulate mock test results or leaderboards; use Platform content to build, train, or improve competing commercial products without written permission.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and its content, including text, design, branding, graphics, software, question sets, explanations, and original compilations, are owned by or licensed to MultiSpaceAI Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational use.
7. Third-party services and links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party infrastructure such as hosting, analytics, authentication, communication, or embedded tools. Freepare does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or independent practices.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the Platform available and useful, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features, content, availability, and technical requirements may change over time without notice. We may perform maintenance, security updates, or content changes that temporarily affect access.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. While we work to keep information accurate and relevant, Freepare does not warrant that all content is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every user, company process, or exam pattern. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, career, admissions, or other professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Freepare and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunities, reputation, or profits arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform. If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the Platform, or used the Platform unlawfully or abusively. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Account deletion requests may be sent to connect@freepare.com.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or your use of the Platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Subject to the consumer protections stated in this section, the courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, and you and MultiSpaceAI Technologies each submit to that jurisdiction. A dispute about how personal information is handled is governed by our Privacy Policy, which grants those courts non-exclusive jurisdiction over it. Where that Policy and this section differ about such a dispute, the Privacy Policy applies. Nothing in this section removes any protection or right available to you as a consumer under the law of the place where you live, including any right to bring proceedings in the courts of that place.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
